From Davis:
Take 80 east. Past the Yolo Causeway, keep left as the freeway becomes Business 80. (Do not exit on I-80 East Reno). Take Highway 99 South (Fresno) to 12th Avenue exit. After exiting, make a left at the first light off the freeway onto 12th Avenue. Take 12th Avenue all the way to Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., where you will also make a left. Your next turn is a right turn into the driveway before the Fire Station, just before 9th Avenue stop light. Park in the lot in front of the Oak Park Community Center. The Health Center is the adjoining building nearer MLK Blvd.

From points further south:
Take Highway 99 North to 12th Avenue exit. After exiting, make a right turn at the first stop sign onto 12th Avenue. Take 12th Avenue all the way to Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., where you will make a left. Your next turn is a right turn into the driveway before the Fire Station, just before 9th Avenue stop light. Park in the lot in front of the Oak Park Community Center. The Health Center is the adjoining building nearer MLK Blvd.

From Sacramento or points further north:
Take Highway 99 South or I-5 to 99 South to 12th Avenue exit. After exiting, make a left at the first light off the freeway onto 12th Avenue. Go South on Stockton Blvd. to Broadway. Make a right turn on Broadway to Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., where you will make a left turn. Just past the traffic light (9th Avenue), make a left turn into the driveway immediately following the Fire Station. Park in the lot in front of the Oak Park Community Center. The Health Center is the adjoining building nearer MLK Blvd.
