The Board of Directors is made up of nine voting members and the Administrative Assistant. The board is responsible for the following duties:

1. Perform any and all duties imposed on them collectively or individually by the Bylaws
2. Appoint and remove, employ and discharge, and, except as otherwise provided in the Bylaws, prescribe the duties and fix the compensation, if any, of all officers, agents and employees of Clinica Tepati
3. Supervise all officers, agents and employees of Clinica Tepati to assure that their duties are performed properly
4. Meet at such times and places as required by the Bylaws.

The term of each board member is one year. Board members are elected in the Spring. Each officer holds his/her office until the next annual meeting for election of the Board of Directors as specified by the Bylaws and until his/her successor is elected and qualifies.

Board members serve without compensation.

Currently, the Board of Directors meets every Monday night in MS 182A from 7:00PM until 9:00PM. All Clinica Tepati members are welcome to attend.
